      <Abstract>The results showed that the training program can be used to enhance overall organizational performance and productivity. This indicates that training outcomes benefitted employees and the organization. It is worthwhile to mention that training activities carried out were significantly related to the effectiveness.With the size of training budget, training hours, and the amount of training coverage, all vary directly with the degree of management support which is crucial in achieving training effectiveness.</Abstract>
