      <Abstract>Good marketing practices are very essential and professional ethics involved in 7P’s of marketing tools can make a paradigm change in a Business. The father of management, Peter Drucker had stated, ‘A good business is nothing but Innovation and Marketing. The Marketing technics and the Ethical behavior related to 7P__ampersandsign#39;s do play a decisive role for measuring the growth and sustainability of the business ventures. It involves all the stakeholders. They ultimately decide the future of any business. Through this paper, the researcher has tried to evaluate the Ethical - unethical practices of Marketing Managers in the Pune region using 7P tools and to explore the extent and balance of marketing practices carried out to launch the products and services for leveraging and implementing new strategies.</Abstract>
