There has been a rapid trend of returnees to Afghanistan during the last years. Lack of jobs in the country has led thousands of Afghan workforces to become Expatriates. Afghanistan economy is forced to rely on opium poppy trade. That led to instability in the social, economical, industrial and political spears. Working on their own manufacturing, agriculture, service sectors and attract more foreign direct investments in these areas, because foreign countries troops will leave Afghanistan and their financial support will decrease and Afghanistan will move forward towards self sustained __ampersandsign Independent economy. The researcher wants to explore the possibility of attracting foreign direct investment in Afghanistan as a tool for generating inflow of capital and transfer of technology contributing to the growth.
