      <Abstract>There is an urgent need to rethink and restrategise marketing policies and moves for future efforts to learn from past experiences and reschedule and rewrite marketing strategies for better customer relations and brand building process in order to survive the challenges of the globalized business of the modern world.AIthough there are Rules, norms professional ethics, company code of conducts the Ethical unethical behaviors of the Marketing professionals is not beyond doubts inspire of their claim for ethical practices. The researcher has attempted through his research paper based on survey carried out in Pune Region among the various sectors and more than two hundred marketing managers and two hundred Customers using the various products. The actual experiences of the professionals from marketing world and the customers using the various products from the respective industries /companies have been recorded and analyzed for interesting findings.</Abstract>
