Abstract:
International business literature, there has been no analytical work of the topic carried out with the approach I chose to take. The relevance and novelty of my thesis is given by the fact that companies function in such dynamically changing economic and social environments in view of the ordeal of financial and economic crises - that determine their operation and future status. My thesis aims to illustrate the methods, procedures and conclusions that were published in international (out of the Swedish-American school) literature with regards to the business plan, as well as to separate the factors that play a role in a successful business launch and operation, as opposed to the factors leading in the wrong direction that are not recommended for use in the financial section of a business plan. The paper presents business plan analyses published in the latest international (out of the Swedish-American school) business literature. As the title indicates, two important topics are specified. The presentation and manifestation of the business plan and its financial sections are in the sampling analyses. The paper's principal question, the exploration and mapping of the defining elements of the successful business plan is taken from the international literature. Out of the components, the most important ones are the financial sections. This gives the soul to the business plans. The most important characteristics of successful business plans are the consistent concentration of the components with financial planning. KEYWORDS Business plan, business planning, financial instruments, international business planning.
