AIRPORT RETAILING : A WAY FORWARD FOR RETAILERS IN INDIA

Abstract:

Airport retailing has seen an immense growth in the recent years in India focuses on the recent trends in airport retailing. The modernization of many airports in the country has contributed to the growth of non-aeronautical revenues for the airports. The present paper focuses on retail trends in airport retailing. It also explains the importance of this format of retailing for both the retailers and the airports.

The secondary data is collected through articles, research papers, magazines etc. The study is descriptive. The study explores opportunities that retailers can see in travel retail.
