Abstract:
Some quote employee branding to be an crucial and requisite approach others term It as mere craze and trend. This paper aims an attempt to ascertain the relevance of employer branding and whether it is just apparent and shallow or there 1s something more instinctive, intrinsic, and Inherent to it. It seeks insight in
to this position and rote, all inclusive concept employers branding. It considers the factors important in developing employer branding, attributes considered most important in attracting new talent, challenges in managing an employer brand.
The theatrical and thespian changes in the employees’ trends and neck cutting competition has made it imperative to differentiate themselves. It is significant precept of modern management.
