This paper describes how a company can build and exist with scarcity of finance. The author is an advisor to the organisation and has seen the organisation growing in spite of limited finance. Even with the presence of good technocrats, technology and market, finance plays a big role and in the absence of it, new organisation can be built on innovative models. It explains contribution of team work and the prime role that innovative ideas play during scarcity of finance, leadership also plays a key role. Finally, team work, innovation and good leadership can build good organisation.
