Abstract:
The Prime Minister of India “Mr, Narendra MODI” on September 25th 2014 launched the “MAKE IN INDIA “campaign, symbolized by lions, transfiguring India into a manufacturing leader. The World economy is recovering from an economic slowdown and global competition has rapidly increased and has provided opportunities to the manufacturers from India and across the globe to gear up. India has to make a paradigm shift in capitalizing its workforce, generate world-class workers escalate and boost skill development, generate employment opportunities, and make availability of international technology for Indian companies and citizens ease. In order to make INDIAa manufacturing hub its human resource will play a vital role. Men are the most indispensable organ of business growth and constant innovation. The survival of a company depends on efficiently and effectively motivated and competitive work force. The aim behind this paper is to highlight the importance of the role of HR in making “MAKE IN INDIA” A Reality, making India a manufacturing hub and a standard of development and welfare.
