Abstract:

The main success components of any business venture are Innovation and Ethical Marketing practices. The business scenario consists of marketing and marketing issues that are always discussing about marketing ethics. The impact of marketing ethics is an important part of any seminar and conference where strategies of business are considered. Ethical - Unethical marketing practices make an impact on the behavior, perception, and customers' delight and loyalty. This paper has attempted to explore the customer's perception about manager's ethical unethical practices from selected corporate units from Pune.
